House Rules

1) Appointments: to use the services, you need to book in advance, which can be done during working hours by sending a message or through the online booking system at any time of the day.

2) Arrive on time. I can accept a maximum of 15 minutes late, beyond this time a new appointment will be made.

3.) Rescheduling or cancellation of booked appointments is possible subject to the following rules: – if the Guest wishes to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours remaining until the original appointment or if the Guest does not inform me of his/her cancellation in any way and does not show up, an availability fee will be charged, as I have reserved the appointment in question for the Guest and there is little likelihood that I can use it for another guest. The availability fee will be 50% of the price of the cancelled rescheduled service. If you have not cancelled and do not show up, I can only confirm the appointment for a subsequent appointment by paying the cancelled treatment and the new booked treatment fee in advance or by paying the fee in person! If the Guest does not pay the available fee, he/she will no longer be able to use the service; – cancellation or rescheduling of booked appointments can be made via the telephone number or SMS indicated; – if an appointment has to be cancelled due to illness, we will waive the fee once a year.

4) Postpone in case of illness! The beauty salon is only open to HEALTHY guests.

5) Validity of the House Rules The House Rules may be amended and supplemented at any time at the discretion of the operator. By booking an appointment and using the services, the Guest automatically accepts the rules of the House Rules.
